‘Swell Mamas’ every Friday morning on the Bass Coast, Gippsland Victoria …
We’d like to post up an invitation for women down in the Bass Coast to come and join the ‘Swell Mamas’ every Friday morning. We meet for a coffee at The Kiosk 9.30am and a surf by 10.30am at Inverloch Main Beach.

We welcome ALL women – experienced or not, and take turns to share-the-care of the children (it’s very random and just seems to work out) on the beach. Mums with or without their children are very welcome and if you haven’t got the equipment we’ll find it for you! We usually have a few extra boards and wetsuits, so come along on the day even if you haven’t contacted us before-hand.

Many of the Swell Mamas have NEVER surfed before, and are now absolutely loving it and starting to stand up and ride the waves. We share the skills around – some of us can help you to learn, and we arrange scheduled lessons too.
