Hi crew,
I thought I’d drop you a line to let you know that on this Thursday October 1 at 8.30am I will be departing on sail-yak (kayak with big sail and pedal powered) from out the front of the Byron SLSC at Main Beach on an environmental awareness raising trip organised by Dave Rastovich, called the Transparentsea project.
Dave and the Transparentsea crew would love to see some locals down there supporting the cause, which is to raise awareness of issues that impact the East Coast. We are following the migration of the whales down the coast. We are paddling from Byron to Bondi, and I am doing the first leg, from Byron to Angourie.
We are inviting people to join us by paddling out to the point, on any water craft, whether it be surfboard, seakayak, surf ski, paddle board.
